We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual with an excellent phone manner to fill a part-time Reception Supervisor position with exceptional customer service skills.
*Candidate must have previous Supervisor experience*
Fast typing skills are required as there is a large volume of booking enquiries. Experience in the Massage and Holistic Health Industry would be ideal. Knowledge of Phorest Software would also be a huge advantage. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy working environment, be an expert at multi-tasking, and take their own initiative to get things done with a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 1-year previous Reception experience and have worked at Supervisory level, and be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main duties of the Receptionist/Supervisor
- Five Star Service – this is of the utmost importance. All clients must receive exceptional Customer Service at all times.
- Using Phorest Booking software, efficiently managing all enquiries and bookings made via phone, email, and in person.
- Keep the Reception Area spotlessly clean, neat, and tidy at all times.
- Being the first point of contact when staff members are unable to attend work due to illness or emergencies.
- Supporting team members with day-to-day questions, concerns, and operational issues.
- Assisting with client queries and complaints and helping to resolve issues where appropriate.
- Helping to maintain the smooth running of the clinic and ensuring the high standards of care and service that our clients expect.
- Cover holidays when other Receptionists are on Annual Leave
- Ad-hoc daily admin duties.
- Light cleaning

Pay: €17.00 per hour
