Audi Approved :plus Kerry is currently recruiting for a Trainee Aftersales Advisor to join our team.

The Role
As Trainee Aftersales Advisor, you will work closely with our Service and Parts teams to deliver a professional and friendly experience to our customers. You will develop your knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs while gaining valuable experience in a busy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the Aftersales department and providing a professional first point of contact.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process.
- Liaising with technicians and the Parts department to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Preparing and explaining service and repair estimates to customers.
- Answering customer queries and dealing with requests in a helpful professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Supporting the Service Advisors and Parts team with day-to-day administration.
- Following manufacturer and dealership processes and procedures.
- Helping to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
