Job Title: Senior Bartender
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Bartender to join Broadway, our stylish new bar and restaurant in Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves creating drinks that impress.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the bar service, ensuring consistent quality and speed
- Create and serve an exciting range of cocktails with flair and precision
- Train and mentor junior bar staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance
- Deliver top-class customer service, making every guest feel welcome
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a senior bartender
- Ability to lead by example and motivate the team
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality
- Experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment
