Job description
A successful candidate will ensure our customers are welcomed and served in an efficient and friendly manner. Duties and responsibilities include
- Supervise bar staff with the ability to motivate
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are met
- Create a positive and efficient environment
- Maintain an efficient Bar and store room
- Welcome customers and enquire of their needs
- Place stock orders
- Have a good knowledge of beverages available
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Support Management in the day to day running
The Ideal Candidate
- Possess good customer service skills
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Good understanding of cash handling and till operation
- Self-motivated and motivator
- Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day-time, night-time and weekends.
Salary: Negotiable on experience.
