Green Angel is an Irish skincare brand entering an exciting stage of growth. As we expand our product range, develop new export markets and bring the Green Angel brand to more customers, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Skincare Production & Mixing Operative to join our production team in Rathcoole.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a busy production environment, takes pride in producing high-quality products and would like to grow with an ambitious Irish brand.
The role
You will help manufacture Green Angel skincare products safely, accurately and efficiently. Working as part of our production team, you will follow approved formulations and procedures to ensure every product meets our quality standards.
Your main duties will include:
- Weighing and measuring raw materials accurately.
- Manufacturing skincare products according to approved formulations.
- Operating mixing vessels, homogenisers and other production equipment.
- Monitoring mixing times, temperatures and production processes.
- Completing batch and production records accurately.
- Carrying out quality checks during production.
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and keeping work areas organised.
- Receiving, labelling and storing raw materials correctly.
- Supporting filling, labelling and packing when required.
- Assisting with stock control, incoming deliveries and dispatch operations.
- Following all quality, hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Working across production and warehouse activities during busy periods.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or similar hands-on environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions.
- A reliable, organised and practical approach to work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to complete production paperwork accurately.
- The flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
- The physical ability to lift materials and remain standing for extended periods.
Experience within cosmetics, skincare, food, pharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but role-specific training will be provided.
