ROLES AVAILABLE:
- Traffic Management Operatives – Must hold High Speed qualification.
- Low-Speed Supervisors – Must hold valid SLG at Roadworks Card
- High-Speed Operatives – Preferred experience with dual carriageways/motorways
- IPV Drivers – Must hold C Licence & relevant high-speed training
Pay Structure:
- €14.75/hour starting rate for new entrants (no experience or less than 6 months experience)
- Higher rates apply for:
- Experienced operatives (6+ months)
- High-speed traffic management staff
- IPV drivers with relevant qualifications
- Supervisory roles
We recognise experience and certification — and we pay accordingly.
What You Need:
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling (required for all roles)
- B Licence (essential), C Licence preferred for certain positions
- Previous traffic management or construction experience is a plus – full training provided
- Must be flexible, reliable, and willing to work early mornings, weekends, or casual shifts
