Chef / Pizza Chef – Full Time Gallo & Galetti is a busy and well-established Italian restaurant in Wilton, Cork. We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Chef / Pizza Chef to join our growing kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard - Work independently during busy service periods - Prepare and cook pizzas using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques - Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control standards are maintained - Follow HACCP procedures and food safety regulations - Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation - Maintain a clean and professional working environment Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen - Experience working with pizza preparation and service is an advantage - Ability to work independently and manage a section - Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work evenings and weekends What We Offer: - Competitive salary based on experience - Full-time permanent position - Staff meals provided during shifts - Friendly and supportive team environment - Opportunity for career progression within a growing restaurant group We are looking for a self-sufficient chef who can confidently run a section and deliver consistently high standards during service.
