Goods Inward Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive and organised Goods Inward Coordinator to join our fast-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse logistics experience who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play an important role in ensuring all incoming stock is received, processed, and stored accurately, helping to maintain high service levels across the business.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries accurately.
- Book deliveries into SAP and maintain supporting documentation.
- Coordinate stock putaway activities to ensure products are stored correctly and available for picking.
- Assist with unloading containers and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement transactions.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve operational targets.
- Help maintain a safe, organised, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement across warehouse processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or FMCG environment.
- Strong SAP or ERP system experience.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- Experience managing inbound stock processes.
- Understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory control.
- Experience working in high-volume distribution operations.
