dnata Catering & Retail Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring data is accurate, secure, and accessible, enabling business intelligence and supporting strategic decision-making across a fast-paced, multi-site aviation catering environment. You will act as a critical link between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving data governance, reporting excellence, and innovation across all functions.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage data architecture, storage systems, and data warehouses
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring GDPR compliance and data security
- Oversee the data lifecycle, including archiving and destruction processes
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Develop dashboards and reports that drive actionable business insights
- Leverage modern technologies (e.g. Power BI, Machine Learning) to enhance reporting capability
- Work closely with operations, HR, finance, retail, and supply chain teams to meet data needs
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful reporting solutions
- Train end users on Power BI and reporting tools to drive adoption
- Manage and support a small data team
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and partners
- Identify new data opportunities and improve overall data utilisation across the business

The Requirments
- 3+ years’ experience in a BI Analyst / Data / Reporting role
- Proven experience in reporting tools, DAX, advanced excel and SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with complex business data across multiple functions
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
As we are a regulated entity within the aviation industry, every sucessful candiate must go through a 5 year background and garda vetting as part of our onboarding process.
Pay: €75,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
