We are currently seeking applications for the position of full time Team Leader on a specified purpose contract (Social Care Leader / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM 1)) for a period of approximately 1 year in Reach Ability.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will support the Residential and Day Services Manager in the total management of their unit in the following: promote independence and positive risk management; progression onto further education and training; skill learning and personal outcomes; to promote community participation and community inclusion; and promoting and supporting ability.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:

Relevant recognised Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or qualification in Health or Social Care Management (minimum Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent qualification.

Currently registered with the Social Care Workers Registration Board as maintained by CORU or the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (evidence will be required).

Have at least 3 years relevant experience in an intellectual disability setting

Have a full clean driving license

Be currently eligible to work in Ireland
Desirable:
-
Nursing, Health or Social Care Management Qualification
-
At least 2 years' supervisory experience
-
Have experience in the implementation and development of PCP's
Remuneration:
The successful candidate will be appointed on the Social Care Leader HSE Consolidated Payscales (Sept. 2008). €26..75 - €31.44 per hour depending on experience.
