Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the smooth daily operations, patient scheduling, and workflow of the clinic.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support reception and clinical staff; manage rotas, onboarding, and ongoing performance development.
- Patient Experience: Maintain exceptional standards of customer care, ensuring every patient enjoys a welcoming, professional service.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards (including HIQA guidelines).
- Administrative & Financial Control: Support clinical staff with administrative tasks, manage inventory and supplier relationships, and handle billing, payments, and operational reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven management background in a dental practice or busy healthcare environment (Desirable).
- Customer Focus: Strong background in customer service with a warm, professional, and patient-first mindset.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with the confidence to direct and support a multi-disciplinary team.
- Systems Proficiency: Comfortable with practice management software, IT tools, and basic financial reporting.
- Organization: Exceptional multi-tasking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
