We are currently looking for a part time Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team in Jilly and Joe,s Dove Hill .Carrick on Suir.Co.Tipperary.
Expected hours 20-30 per week dependant on business needs.
The successful candidate for this position:
Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Must have experience in a similar role. Must be a team player. Must be flexible with regards to working hours. Must be focused on providing a consistently high standard of food.
HACCP Qualification.
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
