It’s where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the country every day. Located in Monread Industrial Estate, just off the N7, the factory is a fast-paced, collaborative, and exciting place to work — where every doughnut begins its journey to spreading joy.

Your new job:
Working with a team of incredibly talented Krispy Kremers', all united by one mission; to become the worlds most loved sweet treat brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on the processing line ensuring that our doughnuts have been filled with their magical fillings
Hand-decorate each doughnut to the highest standard, which could be a combination of icing, piping and adding special ingredients such as sprinkles or peanut butter
Ensuring that the relevant paper work is fully completed on a daily basis
Measuring and mixing our secret ingredients
Keep safe by actively adhering to our health and safety and food safety processes
Ensure that every doughnut is produced to the highest standard meeting our customers’ expectations
Take part and be involved in the production plan and what responsibilities you will have on each shift
Willing to support other areas within the factory on busy occasions
Be a great brand ambassador for Krispy Kreme
Looking for someone with a fully flexible schedule and some bakery experience, who is enthusiastic about learning and cross-training in various roles.
Team Player - You’re a natural team player, achieving results is nice, but achieving results with the team is simply the best. You’re a naturally self-motivated and act with high integrity and honesty always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
Can-do mentality - you like to get your hands dirty, bringing a plan to actual results is what drives you.
Communication Skills - you’ll easily be exposed to all level of people. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different people.
High pressure - you don’t get easily stressed by pressure, on the opposite, a demanding and dynamic environment is what keeps you energised and engaged.
