Fully trained Barista /All rounder required for a busy Café in the heart of Balbriggan. At the Square Cafe we pride ourselves with exceptional customer service in a warm and friendly environment while serving the highest quality coffee.
We are looking for an experienced barista/ all-rounder to join our team at the Square in Balbriggan, a place frequented by coffee afficionadoes who appreciate coffee and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- provide a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions and recommending menu items.
- be knowledgeable of our food and beverage menu items.
- crafting and serving high- quality espresso beverages, ensuring consistency in test and presentation.
- prepare and assist with food preparation.
- handling cash transactions and using POS system accurately.
- ensure the regular and systematic cleaning of the equipment and premises.
- adhere to specifications, standards and procedure while at work.
- undertake initial training and further development as requested by Management.
- collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- previous barista/ HACCAP experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude
- happy to work as a part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: €12.90-€14.00 per hour
