About The Role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Bartender to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and service areas
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and licensing regulations
- Work collaboratively with floor staff, kitchen team and management
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Experience working in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of spoken English
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Legal right to work in Ireland
