About the Role
As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the parts department, assisting both internal teams and customers with parts enquiries, orders, and stock management. You will receive full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers and service teams with parts enquiries
- Ordering, receiving, and managing vehicle parts stock
- Learning and using dealership computer systems
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the parts department
About You
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Driven, motivated, and eager to progress within the industry
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the motor trade is an advantage, but not essential
