Flannery's Hotel, Galway are recruiting for a Senior Breakfast Chef for their very busy large 3-star hotel in Galway City with a very broad food operation.
Reporting to the Head Chef the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in similar roles. Detailed knowledge of Hygiene & HACCP.
Candidates must have a proven track record in a similar property at 3 or 4 star standards. Must have experience in cooking large joints of meat and setting up for Carvery lunch. This is a full-time position, requiring fluent English. There is a part time position available in the same role, please state on application which you are applying for.
Passion and creativity are a minimum requirement. The successful candidate will possess a flair and passion for Breakfast. Responsibilities will include assisting in food preparation, food production and food service carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with all Food Hygiene Regulations.
A commitment to high standards, attention to detail, and high volume experience are essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also required.
