We are looking for a passionate Pizza Chef to help build and grow our evening offering.

Role Overview
The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing, stretching, topping, and cooking artisan-style pizzas while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing great food.
Key ResponsibilitiesPizza Production
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand
- Build pizzas to company specifications
- Operate deck ovens efficiently
- Monitor bake quality and consistency
- Ensure all pizzas are presented to a high standard
Food Preparation
- Prepare toppings, sauces, cheeses, and garnishes
- Manage daily prep lists
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, labelled, and rotated correctly
- Assist with menu development and specials
Kitchen Operations
- Open and close the pizza kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements
- Minimise waste and maintain portion control
HACCP & Food Safety
- Follow all HACCP procedures
- Maintain excellent food hygiene standards
- Complete temperature and food safety records
- Ensure compliance with allergen regulations
Teamwork
- Work closely with management and front-of-house staff
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Assist in creating an exceptional customer experience
RequirementsEssential
- Previous kitchen experience
- Passion for pizza and quality food
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- Previous experience working with artisan pizza dough
- Experience operating deck ovens
- Food Safety/HACCP certification
- Experience in stock control and ordering
Pay: €14.50-€17.00 per hour
