Sales Manager (Corporate) – Dublin
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive corporate and conference (MICE) revenue for a well-established, high-profile hotel iconic Dublin.
This is a hands-on, commercial role focused on winning new business, growing key accounts, and increasing occupancy. You’ll have real ownership of your pipeline, targets, and market approach.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive new corporate & conference (MICE) business across Dublin and key markets
- Build a strong outbound pipeline through networking, outreach and client engagement
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts
- Run client meetings, site visits, and events to convert opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity (rates, positioning, offers) and react accordingly
- Track pipeline, conversion rates and lost business to continuously improve performance
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and sales trips
What we’re looking for
- Experience in hotel sales (corporate / MICE focus)
- Proven ability to generate new business and hit targets
- Comfortable in a hunter-style role (proactive outreach, not just inbound)
- Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Full driver’s licence + own transport
