The Creggan Court Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Server to join our team.
As we continue to grow our food and beverage offering, we are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
- Set up and clear restaurant and bar areas.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Process payments using the till system.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth service.
- Comply with all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures.

- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team player.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Good attention to detail and a professional appearance.
