KC Peaches is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender/Barback to join our team in Dublin City Centre, based at our busy Peaches Brasserie location.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and supporting a high-quality food and beverage operation. We are looking for a reliable and flexible Bartender/Barback with a positive attitude and a strong team-focused approach, who takes pride in maintaining excellent service standards and supporting the wider team.

Bartender/Barback Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar and beverage service.
- Support the team and colleagues during service by setting up, restocking, and keeping work areas organised.
- Ensure all bar areas, equipment, and storage spaces are kept clean, tidy, and well stocked.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams during busy service periods.
- Assist with stock rotation, stock taking, and the delivery and storage of bar supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
- Ensure all health, safety, and HACCP standards are consistently followed.
- Support efficient service by anticipating team needs during service.
- Provide friendly and professional interaction when assisting customers, where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, or service environment (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and fluency in the English language.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekdays and weekends.
- A strong focus on cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
