Tuckk Inn is Dublin's go-to spot for smash burgers and crispy chicken tenders. We're a fast-growing food brand operating across dine-in and delivery platforms, and we're looking for a hands-on Prep Kitchen Manager to keep our kitchen running tight and our standards high.
The Role
This is a key operational role in our kitchen. You'll own the prep side of the business — from stock and ordering to leading a small team and maintaining full food safety compliance. If you're organised, reliable, and take pride in a clean and efficient kitchen, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and carry out regular stock counts
- Place and track supplier orders to ensure consistent availability
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of 3 kitchen staff
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of new prep team members
- Deliver hands-on training and maintain team performance standards
- Build and manage weekly staff rosters
- Complete all HACCP records, temperature logs, and food safety documentation
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient prep kitchen
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen supervisor or team lead role
- Solid understanding of HACCP and Irish food safety requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident managing a small team including hiring and training
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your area
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
