About The Role
The role:

Taking full responsibility for the hotel for early or late shifts making sure all areas are open, set up properly and welcoming to our guests.

Supporting all departments but particularly food & beverage departments in high demand periods.

Dealing with a wide range of guest queries.

Participating as a full member of the management team supporting where needed.

Completing of daily security walks, daily reports and passover reports
Skills and Qualifications:

3rd level qualification in Management, hospitality or related field is preferred but not essential

Proven experience in a management role in hospitality or retail.

Team player with exceptional communication skills

Proven ability to work on own initiative

Interested in learning & development and open to new experiences
