Behind every campaign is a team that keeps our operations running smoothly. We’re now strengthening our Tullamore office and looking for an experienced, detail-focused Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
This is a part-time, office-based role (approximately 10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours depending on workload) supporting our administration and accounts functions. You’ll keep records accurate and up to date, assist with VAT returns and accounts preparation, and help ensure the smooth running of the office.
It’s an ideal opportunity for an organised, self-sufficient professional who enjoys ownership of their work and wants flexible, local part-time hours.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day office administration and keep records organised and up to date.
- Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and support general accounts preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records using Microsoft Excel.
- Process and record transactions in the Big Red Book accounts package.
- Manage general office tasks independently, prioritising your own workload.
- Liaise with the wider team and management to keep administrative processes running smoothly.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable administrator who is confident working independently and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years’ office experience.
2. Strong administration and organisational skills.
3. Fully competent in Microsoft Excel.
4. Experience preparing VAT returns and assisting with accounts preparation.
5. Familiarity with the Big Red Book accounts package.
6. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
