Job description
Deliver top quality customer service at every stage of the sales process
Consistently hit targets through achieving sales, identifying cross selling and up selling opportunities
Keep up to date with new and previous models with the range, paying attention to popular features and benefits of vehicles
Ensure that all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and any other relevant information are maintained accurately and comprehensively
Participating in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales
Maintain an excellent customer rapport to ensure further repeat business and recommendations
The candidate:
Ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
Capable to perform well under pressure
Ability to work on a very dynamic and busy environment
Ability to network and build relationships
Proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent negotiation skills expressed in both verbal and written forms
Focus market and competitor insight
Must hold a full clean Irish driving licence
Must be computer literate and very organised
The candidate must be available to work on Saturdays when required
Salary: €40,000 to €70, 000 (OTE)
