As a Volvo Sales Executive, you will deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales across the Volvo range, including hybrid and fully electric models. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through every stage of the purchasing journey - from initial enquiry and vehicle demonstration to finance options and final handover - ensuring a seamless and personalised experience throughout.

Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in line with Volvo brand standards

Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover

Conduct engaging and informative presentations and test drives across the Volvo range

Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange opportunities

Advise customers on finance, insurance, service plans, and additional products

Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation efficiently

Ensure showroom presentation and online vehicle displays reflect the premium Volvo brand image

Stay informed on Volvo product knowledge, electric vehicle technology, and market trends

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)

Passion for premium customer service and relationship building

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach

Confident, professional, and target-driven mindset

Interest in automotive innovation, electric vehicles, and sustainable mobility

Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive vehicle presentations and demonstrations

Strong organisational and IT skills

Full, clean driving licence

A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure

On-target earnings of €50,000 - €70,000+ depending on performance
