Guest Experience & Sales Supervisor – Dublin City Centre
Location: Dublin City Centre
Hours: 5:30pm – 10:30pm, 5–6 evenings per week
Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service?
We are looking for a Guest Experience & Sales Supervisor to lead our team of photographers at a busy guest experience in the city centre.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll lead a small team, ensure every guest receives a fantastic experience, coach staff to achieve capture and sales targets, and maintain excellent relationships with the venue management.
No photography experience is required. We'll provide full training on our systems, photography, and products.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and motivating a team of 2-3 staff each evening.
- Ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
- Coaching the team to maximise photo capture and sales.
- Managing the evening operation from opening through close.
- Liaising with the venue management team.
- Monitoring performance against daily KPIs.
- Cash handling, stock control and end-of-night reconciliation.
- Resolving customer queries professionally and confidently.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confidence leading and motivating a team.
- A positive, energetic attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
