About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Dispatcher / General Operative to join our warehouse team. You'll be hands-on with tote picking, order packing, and dispatch every day, helping us get orders out the door quickly and accurately. You'll also help keep our internal communication channels up to date, flagging returns and passing on order updates from customer service so nothing slips through the cracks. This role reports to the Senior Dispatcher and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick totes and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily dispatch targets
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling, packaging, and paperwork
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or order issues to the Senior Dispatcher or Operations Manager
- Assist with processing returns as directed
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or order picking/packing role is an advantage
- High attention to detail — you take pride in getting orders right first time, every time
- Comfortable picking and packing a variety of products
- Happy to be on your feet for extended periods and moving totes and boxes throughout the shift, and being comfortable working at pace
- A hardworking, motivated team player who is flexible, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable using computer systems and internal messaging tools
We are located in Sandyford Industrial Estate, county Dublin.

Pay: €31,500.00-€33,000.00 per year
