We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our growing team at The Fish Box.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining administration, payroll, and bookkeeping responsibilities in a positive and flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing
- General administration duties
- VAT returns and bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliations
- Working with Xero and CollSoft software
- Assisting with financial records and reporting
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in bookkeeping and administration
- Knowledge of Xero and/or CollSoft preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
