As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for pursuing and generating new leads. The role of the Business Development Executive is to:
Identify clients’ requirements and any challenges with a client-centric approach
Manage the sales process and develop your accounts from initial contact to closure
Prospect, initiate and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunities
Prepare and present online Linea demonstrations to prospects
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our HubSpot CRM system
Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly/quarterly company meetings
Provide feedback on wins, losses and client feedback to support the ongoing refinement of our Linea sales strategies
Maintain knowledge and awareness of HR trends as well as products and services
Redirect potential sales for Adare Human Resource Management HR Consulting Services to other Business Development team members appropriately.
Perform outbound activities/lead generation to build revenue pipeline
Communicate and establish expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals
The successful candidate will need the following qualifications, experience and skills to meet the demands of the role:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ideally 2 years of B2B sales experience
Ideally experience working with HubSpot (or comparable CRM) – training will be provided
Experience selling HR/Recruitment/Training/Wellness and/or employee benefits products is a plus
SaaS experience an advantage
Strong and credible telephone and online presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Independent and team player
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
You must be relationship-focused, a hunter and a closer!
