At FIRE Steakhouse & Bar, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Beverage Manager to join our award-winning team. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where creativity, quality, and exceptional guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in shaping our beverage offering and leading a high-performing team:
- Support the day-to-day management of our busy bar operations
- Inspire, lead, and develop a skilled beverage team
- Deliver consistently outstanding service and presentation standards
- Train and coach team members to elevate product knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of innovative beverage menus
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor GP, costs, and waste, taking action where needed
- Manage staff scheduling and conduct regular team reviews
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Assistant Manager
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee
- A confident leader with excellent team management skills
- Commercial awareness (GP, stock control, cost management)
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
