What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for meetings and event enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, weddings, and events from enquiry through to completion.

Work closely with the Management Team, Operations Team, and other departments to ensure smooth event delivery.

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure every detail is organised to the highest standard.

Prepare and maintain function sheets, event details, bookings, payments, and invoicing using Hotsoft.

Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and showcase the hotel's facilities.

Assist with menu preparation and printing for events and functions.

Support operational teams during events where required to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Ensure all event details are communicated effectively across relevant departments.

Gather client feedback and assist in continuously improving the hotel's meetings and events offering.
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in hospitality, meetings and events, or hotel administration preferred.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.

A professional, positive, and flexible attitude.

Strong IT and administrative skills; experience using Hotsoft or similar systems is desirable.

A qualification in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
