Dynamic Sales Force Limited is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager working in border counties across Louth, Monaghan, and Cavan to support team members, drive performance, and support the continued business growth of the company. The role involves assisting Senior Team Management with day-to-day sales operations, supporting staff development, and providing support to staff out on the field .
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing day-to-day sales operations reporting daily into Head Office
- Supporting, motivating, and supervising sales teams
- Achieving and monitoring team sales targets
- Training, mentoring, and developing sales staff on the field daily
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding new recruits
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a sales management role
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced and target-driven sales environments
- Previous experience of working door to door or a field sales environment
Additional Information :
- This is an Field Based Position working across counties Louth, Monaghan and Cavan with occasional travel to County Sligo.
- Applicants must meet the requirements to work in Ireland
- Applicants must have access to means of transport to allow them to travel between locations on a daily basis
