- Proven experience as a Chef, Pizza Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, dough making, and baking techniques.
- Ability to prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for food quality and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary training or relevant certification.
- Experience using wood-fired or stone pizza ovens.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional pizza-making methods.
- Experience managing kitchen inventory and food stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other menu items.
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.

- Assist with stock control and ingredient ordering.
