Role Overview
ISO Basketball and BIW Media are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to oversee digital marketing and content creation across both platforms.
This is a dual-focused role, combining brand marketing for ISO Basketball with social media management and content production for BIW Media, a leading Irish basketball media platform.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving content consistency, audience growth, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
ISO Basketball – Marketing & Content
- Plan, create, and publish regular content across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and product launches
- Manage social media inboxes, stories, comments, and community engagement
- Collaborate with the company owner to develop marketing strategies for the Irish and UK markets
- Collect and repurpose athlete and team content into engaging brand storytelling
- Create promotional graphics and announcements
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone
- Monitor performance analytics and report on engagement, growth, and campaign outcomes
BIW Media – Social Media & Content
- Create and publish basketball highlights, reels, and posts covering Irish basketball
- Share player spotlights, game clips, news updates, and basketball culture content
- Manage community interaction, build relationships and contribute to ongoing brand growth
- Source and edit fan-submitted content into short-form videos
- Collaborate with contributors and partners involved in BIW Media
- Identify social media trends and apply them to basketball-focused content
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Content Creation
- Strong understanding of Social Media
- Strong understanding of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms
