The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic Café Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our barista team, and drive sales. You will be the face of the business, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and that our coffee and food meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: train, schedule, and mentor a team of baristas and floor staff.
- Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage the POS system, and ensure the café floor runs smoothly during peak hours.
- Quality Control: Ensure all beverages and food items are prepared perfectly and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inventory & Finances: Track inventory, order suppliers.
- Customer Experience: Build a loyal customer base by engaging with guests and handling feedback or complaints.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of [1 to 3] years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Proven barista experience and a genuine passion for great coffee.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial/stock reporting.
