We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Sushi Associate / Food Production Assistant to join our team at Bento Sushi Douglas.
Main duties:
- Preparing sushi and other food products
- Following recipes and food-safety standards
- Keeping the kiosk clean and organised
- Stocking and displaying products
- Supporting daily production
Previous kitchen, sushi or food preparation experience and good knife skills would be a strong advantage. Full training will also be provided.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, fast, organised and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.
