Chef de Partie for a stunning hotel located beside Portmarnock beach
We are looking for a full-time talented Chef de Partie with a passion for food to join our busy kitchen team. We are looking to employ only the very best professionals to ensure we continue with our reputation for quality and excellence.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain a high standard of food production.
The ideal candidates will work in an organised, hygienic manner, always ensuring HACCP regulations are adhered to.
Previous experience working in a 3/4* hotel is essential.
You must have the relevant experience along with a good command of the English language.
You will be required to be flexible with your working hours and be available to early mornings (Breakfast Chef), evenings and weekends.
Pay: €28,352.01-€38,197.35 per year
