Trade counter sales assistant with SALES experience required for a role with our branch in Collinstown Cross, Old Airport Rd, Cloghran, Co. Overall purpose of the Job
The Counter Sales Assistant/Customer Service will be responsible for assisting in dealing with the day-to-day sales enquiries/transactions and maintaining high standards of customer care within the branch.
JOB SPECIFICATION
MUST BE INTERESTED IN A SALES CAREER.
· Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or over the counter, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin.
· Offer alternative products, up-sell where possible, promote key brands and cross brand sales
· Keep customers updated on orders and deliveries
· Monitor customer orders and deliveries
· Stay undated with product knowledge
· Adhere to health, safety and environment rules and regulations
· Any other reasonable duties which may arise.
PERSON SPECIFICATION The following criteria will be used in the selection process.
ESSENTIAL
· Previous customer facing experience in a trade/hard wear environment
· Must be extremely customer focused and results driven
· Flexible approach to work
DESIRABLE
· Sales experience and/or product knowledge in the PPE and Safety Industry
Benefits:
Monday to Friday hours 8.00 to 5.00 and Friday finish 4.00pm
