We are looking for a Global Tax Manager to take ownership of tax across WaterWipes as we continue to grow internationally.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage advisers from a distance. We need someone who wants to get close to the business, understand how it operates and ensure tax is considered in the decisions we make every day.
You will lead our global tax compliance and governance agenda, but success in this role will come from much more than meeting deadlines. We need someone who can strengthen processes, improve controls, raise the quality of tax data and help shape a scalable approach for the future.
You will work across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and IT, bringing practical tax expertise to business decisions while helping us embed tax requirements into systems, processes and transformation initiatives.
Owning the global tax calendar and ensuring compliance obligations are delivered accurately and on time.
Leading tax governance, compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
Taking ownership of transfer pricing and ensuring it evolves with the business.
Supporting VAT, customs, e-invoicing and international tax requirements.
Embedding tax requirements into SAP, finance transformation and digital reporting initiatives.
Building stronger controls, improving data quality and simplifying ways of working.
Providing clear, commercially focused advice to senior stakeholders across the business.
Managing relationships with external advisers, auditors and tax authorities.
You are an experienced tax professional who enjoys ownership and solving problems.
You understand that strong tax management is not just about technical expertise. It is about building trust, influencing stakeholders and creating processes that work.
You will likely bring a combination of Big 4 training and in-house experience within a multinational environment. You have worked across direct and indirect tax and are comfortable operating in a business that is growing and evolving.
Most importantly, you are practical. You can work through ambiguity, challenge constructively and find solutions that balance compliance with commercial reality.
In your first few months, success will come from understanding our tax landscape quickly, taking ownership of the compliance agenda and building confidence with key stakeholders across the business.
You will be successful if you can:
Bring clarity and ownership to the global tax calendar.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting.
Partner effectively across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and IT.
Simplify complex tax topics and provide practical recommendations.
Drive improvements through automation, technology and AI-enabled ways of working.
Balance day-to-day compliance with longer-term strategic initiatives.
This role offers a rare opportunity to shape how tax is managed in a growing international business.
You will have broad exposure across the organisation, direct access to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to build something rather than simply inherit it.
We are looking for someone who wants to make a visible impact, challenge how things are done and help us continue to strengthen our finance capability as the business grows.
If you are looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise with genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to build capability in a growing global business, we would love to hear from you.
