Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and creative Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and sous chef to ensure good service, quality prep and profesional daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless and efficent service.
- Preparation and execution of a variety of dishes.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation in all offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Be able to foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a busy and good quality restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen techniques and principles.
- Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavours, textures, and techniques.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other members of the Kitchen team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
