At Stagit.ie, we power unforgettable live experiences. From gigs and festivals to theatre, comedy, and community events, we work with event organisers across Ireland to sell tickets smarter and grow audiences faster.
We believe our success comes down to one thing: people who love working with people. We’re a collaborative, ambitious team who thrive on ideas, relationships, and momentum. The Team Is Growing!
About the Role
We’re looking for a Stag Events Sales Specialist who’s hungry to build a career in events, partnerships, and sales. You’ll work directly with event organisers, promoters, venues, and partners to help them maximise ticket sales while growing Stagit’s presence across Ireland’s live events scene.
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where creativity, communication, and follow-through matter just as much as targets.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is eager to grow a career in events, ticketing, or sales, and open to mentorship
- Has strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys problem-solving and working through challenges with clients
- Brings ideas to the table and thrives in a collaborative, consultative environment
- Has strong, fluent English — written and spoken
- Is competitive, target-driven, and motivated to exceed expectations
- Values commitment and follows through with clients and team responsibilities.
- Has a positive, energetic, and proactive personality that fits a fast-moving team
- Has a genuine interest in events, social gatherings, entertainment, and culture
Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities across Ireland’s live events and entertainment industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers, promoters, and venues
- Act as a trusted partner, advising clients on ticketing strategy, pricing, and promotion
- Maintain clear, transparent communication aligned with Stagit’s core values
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and activity goals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, support, and tech teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new event formats, partnerships, and opportunities
- Contribute ideas to help shape the growth of Stagit’s platform and services
- Ensure clients receive a high-quality experience from onboarding through post-event
What’s In It for You?
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Real career progression as we grow, leadership and senior roles will open up
- A relaxed, supportive, and fun working environment (we take results seriously, not ourselves)
- Ongoing personal and professional development, including regular training sessions
- Hybrid working opportunities available after an initial onboarding period — full details discussed at interview stage.
- The chance to work closely with Ireland’s most exciting events and organisers
- Be part of a company that’s actively shaping the future of live events in Ireland
- Travel Opportunities opportunities for our staff to travel to Dubai, Cape Town, and Asia.
