We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Lead to help scale customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.
We are looking for an individual with experience developing and scaling growth initiatives across key heritage categories including Irish Clans, leveraging storytelling, acquisition and landing page optimisation to drive international growth, particularly within the US market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You'll own growth initiatives across paid acquisition, ecommerce performance, CRM, conversion optimisation, and analytics - working closely with leadership to drive measurable business results.

Own and execute the company's customer growth strategy

Manage paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

Improve website conversion rates and customer journeys

Develop CRM and email marketing campaigns to improve retention and repeat purchase

Analyse performance data, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, conversion, and revenue trends

Test new growth channels, campaigns, and acquisition opportunities

Work with creative, ecommerce, and external agency partners where needed

Build clear reporting dashboards and provide commercial insights to leadership

Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and customer experience

4+ years' experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, or digital acquisition

Strong understanding of paid social, Google Ads, analytics, and conversion optimisation

Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes

Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands is an advantage
