Part-Time Medical Receptionist / Administrator | 30 Hours Per Fortnight | GP Practice

Hours: 30 hours per fortnight
We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable individual to join our busy GP Practice on a part-time basis.
This role will involve a combination of reception and administrative duties, supporting the day-to-day running of the practice and ensuring a professional experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing reception duties
- Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Scanning and uploading documents to patient records
- Processing incoming correspondence
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support to the practice team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy
- A professional and confidential approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
