The Hopsack is a large Health Food Retailer in the heart of Rathmines. Family owned and celebrating 47 years in business!
The right candidate must be able to thrive under pressure and have a exceptional eye for detail.
The primary role of our retail manager will be to drive business in our busy shop floor, helping us to engage and deepen our connection with our customers, providing direction and purpose for our busy team of staff, all whilst while developing strategy to foster the growth of our thriving independent store.
- Management of day to day running of store
- Staff motivation, coaching, reward and accountability
- Ensuring stock level accuracy of both warehouse & shop
- Regular liaison and strategy development with management team
- Product Ordering and Maintaining effective stock rotation
- Oversight of online and adjacent cafe operations
- Complete management of EPOS system and day to day cash management
- Generating and acting on analysis of costs, shrinkage, sales patterns, consumer behaviour and other metrics to support business performance.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing safety & security operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
