- Base Salary: €20 to €35 per hour compensatory with experience
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our revenue growth by finding new customers and taking care of our existing accounts.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Finding new leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Setting up meetings and presenting our products/services to potential clients.
- Building strong relationships with buyers to understand their business needs.
- Closing sales deals to hit and exceed your monthly targets.
- Updating the CRM system to track your sales progress and pipeline
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1-2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) or retail sales experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to hit financial and performance targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Pay: €20.00-€35.00 per hour
