Mada & Ziju Food Service Limited is seeking to hire one Chef de Partie to work at Unit 1 Warehouse, Ossory Industrial Estate, Ossory Road, Dublin 3, D03 FX92.
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring that high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently maintained.
The main duties will include ensuring that food quality and food safety standards are upheld; contributing to menu planning and stock control; organising ingredients; dealing with incoming deliveries; carrying out basic cleaning duties; preparing, plating and presenting meals; and maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
The salary for the position is €36,605 gross per annum, based on a 39-hour working week. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for a duration of two years.
