As we continue to expand our Asset Finance business, we're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Commercial Relationship Lead to join a high performing team focused on helping Irish businesses grow, invest, and succeed.

As a Commercial Relationship Lead, you will
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and commercial customers
- Drive new business development across Asset Finance
- Build long-term relationships with customers, introducers and key stakeholders
- Assess lending opportunities and structure solutions that support customer growth
- Play a key role in delivering PTSB's ambition to become Ireland's best personal and business bank through exceptional customer experiences.

- A proven track record in sales and business development
- Asset Finance experience or strong knowledge of Asset Finance products
- Experience managing SME or commercial customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and credit awareness
- Financial analysis and lending assessment capabilities

- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills.

Essential requirements
- Minimum APA in Loans qualification
- Full driving license and willingness to travel nationally
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results in a high-performance environment
Desired Requirements
- Proven experience within Asset Finance, Commercial Banking or SME Lending.
- Strong understanding of Asset Finance products and solutions.
- Experience managing and growing customer portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and developing referral networks.
- Experience working with SME customers and understanding their funding requirements.
Important Regulatory Information
This position is a Controlled Function (CF3 & CF4) under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness & Probity regime. Candidates must satisfy all applicable Fitness & Probity requirements and maintain the relevant regulatory standards associated with the role. A minimum APA qualification in Loans is required.
