As a Maintenance General Operative, you will carry out daytoday maintenance, repairs, and inspections across our property portfolio. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Property Managers to ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Deliver routine and urgent maintenance across residential and commercial buildings.

General Repairs - Complete carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, patch plastering, and other general building repairs.

Routine Inspections - Identify maintenance requirements, document findings, and recommend preventative works.

Emergency Response - Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and callouts when required.

Fault Diagnosis - Assess issues with building services and escalate specialist repairs where appropriate.

Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Team Collaboration - Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Property Managers to prioritise and complete tasks.

Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of completed works and report any safety concerns.

Materials & Equipment - Assist with sourcing tools, materials, and equipment for maintenance projects.

2-3 years' experience in maintenance or facilities roles

Experience working within residential, commercial, or industrial environments

Strong practical skills across general building maintenance, particularly carpentry

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and organisational abilities

Flexibility to travel between sites across South Meath and North Dublin

Full clean driver's licence essential
