Main purpose of job: Greeting & building rapport with visitors, dealing with face to face and telephone queries from visitors and company employees, insurance management, cash management, stock management, customer service, cash book balancing, responsibility for company security procedures in respect of visitors, housekeeping of reception. This employee may need to feed, walk and clean out some patients from time to time (with guidance and training). Further responsibilities may not be listed in this advertisement. This is an extremely busy hospital and so the applicant must hold the ability to work under pressure and multi-task, must enjoy a busy environment.
Position reports to: Practice Manager and Reception Manager
Location: Carrigaline with minor covering needs at Togher/Little Island/Blarney when sickness/annual leave arises or for when they cover 1/4 Saturdays.
Salary: Based on experience
Hours & Days of Work: Your hours will be 9am-7pm Tuesday to Friday with 1/4 Saturdays from 9am-5pm.
